I liked mostly the hotel staff, very welcoming and helpful in making our stay pleasant. I liked also the atmosphere of the hotel / room, nice decorated with warm colors and relaxing design.

It was a bit hard for us to stand the noise of the room facing the street (the train noise) but that has been fixed by moving to a sea view room.

The hotel's location was great, just a short walk from the train station where you can easily reach nearby towns like Sestri Levante and Santa Margherita. Additionally, it was very practical as it was only a short walk away from the main square and beautiful church. The rooms were basic but had everything you need, with comfy beds and clean bathrooms with good showers. They were also incredibly clean, modern, well-designed with attention to details and spacious. The hotel was tastefully decorated with good quality furnishings. Breakfast was quite decent, with various options and a very nice variety of foods. The value for money was very good, better than some other 4-star hotels we've stayed in Italy.

No negatives, everything was just fine.

The Breakfast was comprehensive compared to other hotels in the area.

The elevator was terrible. You had to close the inner safety door manually and pay great care that you closed the outer door so that others can call it from other floors.

Very frendly personal and a very quiet place. We stay in a triple room with 2 children (one in a single bed and the other in a crib) and still we have plenty space in the room. I read other comments about the noise from the train, but that was not a problem for us.

Lovely, helpful and friendly staff. Convenient location near beach, harbour, and train station. Great pool with reserved sun beds. Safe and convenient parking. Tasty cocktails and food in the bar. Good breakfast. Clean room with marina view. Helpful reception staff.

Everything was spot on.

A lovely hotel....modest from the outside but advancing into the interior of the place you find a lovely dining area and bar and futher on a relaxing club room, clean and comfortable with reading material and bar. Morning breakfast is generous and assorted. Staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious and bright. Bathrooms modern and clean. The only draw back is that the views are somewhat less than spectacular, But, for the price, the cleanliness, the convenience and the relaxing atmosphere I highly recommend this place as a home base to visiting other places in the vicinity. Would definitely return

We were made to feel really welcome and they could not have been more helpful with providing information on train times,etc.when we found ourselves caught by a sudden rail strike Dinner was simple freshly prepared local dishes and although they served an adequate continental breakfast went out of their way to provide us with eggs and bacon if we wished it.This is not a grand hotel but very comfortable and homelyand I hope we will return someday.

I loved the friendly and welcoming staff who made me feel at home. The breakfast had an amazing choice and the fresh coffee was a delightful start to my day. The hotel was ideally located close to everything, including the train line, making it easy to visit nearby tourist attractions. Additionally, the hotel facilities were clean and provided a relaxing atmosphere.

Reasonably close to railway station in order to get away from Lavagne. Hotel in seedy and rundown part of fading seaside resort. Noisy rooms and views from window were of vandalised community swimming pool and covered in graffiti, no longer used.

Rooms dome beautifully. Very clean. Spacious room and bathroom. Great view from room. Hotel bar and conservatory a lovely space to relax in.

no bath, only shower. Albeit shower was an excellent one!

The stylish decor and hotel design was quite appealing. Comfortable room with marina views and views towards the Cinque Terra on the Ligurian coastline. Great attentive service, but you must be aware that language can be a barrier with some of the staff.. Owner Sabrina is great and speaks perfect english, and this small hotel is a labor of love that reflects her taste and style in a distinct nautical/coastline setting. No dinner service weekdays, but a nice breakfast either in the dining room or on the out door terrace. Great bar with great prices, and an extensive library both of the area or general reading, both in English and Italian. We would stay here every time as it is right between the Cinque Terra and Portifino.

The views to the left of the back of the hotel are of an abandoned building so it is unappelaing in that manner. Owner is aware of it and know it is a blight on an otherwise nice hotel. Parking is available, but you will have to walk about 4 blocks to a parking structure on the Marina. Drop your luggage off first. Levagne is s quaint little town with some nice restaurants, no history or culture to speak of, but a nice spot to catch the train to the Cinque Terra. Only 3.50 Euros to ride from Levagne to Riomaggiore with stops at all 5 towns on the CT.
